What will most likely be the throwback album of 2008. Who cares if it has all been done before and his influences are worn very boldly on his sleeve; Jamie Lidell has taken the likes of soul legends like Otis Redding, Stevie Wonder, Sam Cook and all those other virtuosos to concoct a monster of a soul-revival LP.
