Yea, at times the pop makes us want to move until we drop. Remember this and this one? Those burners from ‘04 Annie did have edges, and they were mighty sharp, too. The Norwegian princess is back with her first single: “I Know UR Girlfriend Hates Me” off the forthcoming LP–Don’t Stop. She’s got the same producer that was behind Anniemal on the knobs; the formula seems to be what they used some years back. No complaint here.
Of course, what would this post be without one of those remixes of the same track? Get Shakes, a duo out of the U.K. doing a Soulwax at Nite thing interspersed with some Klaxons for good measure decided to put their spin all over Annie with their throbbing, dark bass which somehow still keeps
Annie’s cuteness intact. (maybe you heard Get Shakes “Disneyland” song in GTA IV?)
